K.J. & Associates, Chartered Accountants, is a professional services firm based in Pulchowk, Lalitpur, registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) under Firm Registration No. 579. We provide audit, assurance, taxation, advisory and outsourced accounting services to regulated institutions, corporates, development organisations and growing businesses across Nepal.
Growing with purpose since 2015
CA Jagdish Khadka founded K.J. & Associates (2072 B.S.) as a sole practice with five staff. The firm takes its name from its founder.
First listed public company client
Financial reporting and accounting outsourcing services launched as the firm expanded its offering.
Converted into a partnership firm with two partners
Completed its first government sector audit. Founder CA Jagdish Khadka stepped down from the partnership and continues to guide the firm as Mentor and Advisor.

Today, K.J. & Associates is a four-partner firm with eight Chartered Accountants and more than 55 professionals. We serve commercial banks, finance companies, microfinance institutions, life, non-life and reinsurance companies, hydropower, fintech, manufacturing, hospitality, NGOs and INGOs.
