Sijan Bohara leads K.J. & Associates and is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, day-to-day management and delivery of professional services. He works with partners and engagement teams to turn client requirements into well-planned assignments and to maintain consistent standards across the firm.
His expertise covers audit and assurance, financial reporting, tax advisory and broader advisory services. He helps businesses interpret complex requirements, assess the effects of transactions and make informed decisions. His engagements span banks and financial institutions, insurance and reinsurance, capital markets, manufacturing, hydropower, microfinance, cooperatives and investment companies.
Sijan has served as an Assistant Auditor on OAG assignments involving public-sector and regulatory bodies. His qualification in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection supports his work on investigative reviews, fraud-risk assessment and internal controls. He remains directly involved in significant engagements and technical reviews.
