After a high-stress week in Kathmandu, this farm is my ultimate reset. The fact that I can drive just two hours on a great road and be surrounded by mountains and fresh river air is incredible. We usually come for the views and stay for the freshest organic lunch I’ve ever had. It’s a world-class destination within arm’s reach.
